Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Bbcrec. By using this website, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws.

Viewing licence

Content made available without charge is licensed only for personal, private, non-commercial viewing through the normal website player. Free access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, download, archive, reproduce, republish, mirror, re-host, sell, redistribute, or create a competing library from the content.

Automated access and circumvention

You must not use scrapers, crawlers, bots, headless browsers, scripts, download managers, stream-ripping tools, or similar automated methods to collect pages, metadata, images, video, audio, playlists, manifests, or API responses. You must not bypass rate limits, access controls, authentication, signed URLs, robots directives, technical protection measures, or other safeguards.

Temporary buffering performed automatically by an ordinary browser or player for viewing is permitted. Any other downloading or permanent storage requires prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

Acceptable use

You must not disrupt the service, probe its security, overload its infrastructure, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity. If age-restricted material is available, you may access it only if you are legally permitted to do so in your location.

Enforcement

We may restrict or terminate access, revoke credentials or tokens, block abusive traffic, preserve relevant records, and pursue available remedies when these terms are violated.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
